Jason is a Retirement Plan Advisor at Kathmere with over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. With expertise spanning various retirement programs, including Defined Contribution Plans, Defined Benefit Plans, Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation Plans, ESOPs, and Equity Compensation Plans.

In his role, Jason consults with Kathmere Capital Management’s numerous business owners, institutions and retirement plan committees on fiduciary duties, plan selection, strategy, and design. Jason is also a member of Kathmere’s Participant Services Department, responsible for providing retirement, investment, and financial education to participants of our retirement plan clients.

Previously, Jason worked at a leading retirement and global asset management firm, a large independent broker-dealer, and at one of the world’s largest asset management companies. His experience encompasses federal government relations, where he advocated for retirement and tax initiatives with federal agencies and Congress, as well as corporate strategy, distribution and client relationship management roles.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Maryland at College Park. He holds professional designations including NQPA, QKA, CRPS, as well as securities licenses 7, 63, 65 and insurance licenses.

Personal

Outside of work, Jason resides in Phoenixville, PA with his wife, son, daughter, and their energetic family dog. They enjoy spending family time together, traveling, hiking, biking, supporting his son’s soccer team at FC Delco and exploring the outdoors with their furry companion. In his collegiate days, Jason played soccer and was a scholarship athlete for the University of Maryland.
